Mar. 4th, 2006 07:42 pmVerra's come back to work.
Which is nice, working with Marc-C is always... difficult. She keeps on wanting to beat me over the head with something heavy. She says she doesn't but I can tell she does.
We kicked off our back as partners work in a Harry Potter story, where a 'Harold Potter''s parents lived past his first year of life and Sirius Black had a son and Remus had a daughter. A daughter nick-named Moonlight who was a special were-wolf who could change into a wolf when ever she wanted to.
Verra scared her to death. Litterally. It was nice to see her in fine form.
After we killed the sue and stus the house, Godric's Hallow reverted back to its canon state. I never liked being there when it's canon. It has this sort of empty, lifeless feeling combinded with a heavy sense of waiting. Whenever I'm there, I always feel like I'm intruding, trespassing on someone's secret. The house has sat in canon, waiting for six books. Just waiting for the seventh book to reveal its secrets, to Harry and his friends, no one else. It's like I can feel James and Lily staring at me, saying you don't belong here. You aren't our son. You are not canon. Leave.
Verra says that she doesn't sense that sort of thing. But she's not an empath, and dragons aren't as... place minded. They know where they are and its everything else that has to fit around to meet their wishes.
Strange, but true.
Brax is upset. He went to school one day and everything had changed. Well not really so much that, but people's memories had been modified a bit. I think he's getting used to it. He's still friends with that one girl, at least. I think it would be worse if she didn't know who he was.
