Some kids are just idiots.

Braxious was playing by the riverside by the accademy with Rin and Neesha when some older kids decided to show off or something and doused Rin and the kids with water. While this was merely discomforting for the Brax and Neesha, Rin, as a fire construct, was badly hurt. Basically, as Kai put it, it was like knifing a kid's puppy in front of them.

Kai managed to fix him up and he's been resting in the fireplace for the past couple of days. Brax has been sleeping next to the fire place for the same amount of time. Except for the other night I've been doing the same. It's the only thing I can do really. I can't seek out revenge on the kids, Kai's talking to Darius about that, and besides I'm just an inn keeper. It's been kinda nice, though, spending time with Brax there.

We've been talking some and apparently I've been a bit on the neglectful side. Sometimes... I just... I just can't believe I'm a parent. Going to be a parent of two kids. It just feels wrong somehow. I mean, I'm the gods damn fucking embodiment of chaos, what do I need kids for? I don't really like those sorts of thoughts. I don't quite think they're mine. They're very foreceful sometimes though.
