Marc-C's watching me as I write this. She thinks the entire thing is silly. She also said that maybe the facial hair will stop me from looking so pretty. I think, from her, that was a compliment. Of course I have no idea what she's talking about. I'm not pretty, I'm rougishly handsome. ... stop sniggering Kai. I know you are.
Anyway, things have been pretty quiet. So I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. We killed some Stus. One was in the Discworld, which was amusing. Deaths in the Discworld are always amusing. And it's always nice to talk to Death. He does take such an interset in his world. Though those Auditors do give me the willies.
Braxious has a big game on Sunday. He's all excited about it. I'll have to talk Kai into going and taping it for me. Brax says that all the girls (and some of the mothers) go all heads over heels for him. My poor handsome god. Always the center of the girls' eyes.
Kai says that I've been obsessing over Sari and him being a second dad. I don't think I've been obsessing at all. After all he's mine and apart of my family so he should be her dad too. And besides calling him uncle would just be kinda weird.
As for Verra and Sari, I've been writing them letters. I haven't sent any of them, but I'm keeping them to give to Verra when she comes home. Most of them seem to consist of "I love you, I miss you." written over and over again. But that's okay. Cause that's what I'm feeling.
I love her, I miss her.
