musings on last night.
Nov. 16th, 2004 02:13 pmUpon returning from her date last night with Maelor I asked Kips what happened. She said nothing, they had a pinic and enjoyed the beach. Kips isn't a liar, she gets confused easily, but she doesn't lie intentionally. She has enough problems with reality, she doesn't need to confuse it with lies. This means that Maelor gets to keep his ability to have children a little while longer.
Although I do have to admit his expression when he found out that Kai and I were making out was very picture worthy. Even if he did manage to stay polite and find a good thing about it. "Even gods have their needs" humph. Even physcial anthropamorphic representations have their needs. But I'm not going to be taking them out on Kairos. Speaking of which, some of the kids at the accademy seem to be very impressed that Braxious knows his human form and that they're friends. Apparently they've heard about him from some where or another.
He's also made a couple of friends, one of which is a girl who he's invited over once or twice to the Inn. They do their homework and eat far too much snacks that should be good for them. I would tease him about her but I should be one to talk eh?
For my own personal piece of mind I've found out that yes he does have magical potential. Verra wasn't too surprised at this. He's a dragon, she said, of course he's magical. Well... I don't know. I just feel better knowing.
One thing - or person- I am worried about is Teena. She seems to be loosing what little grasp on reality she does have. I'm trying to help her, but I'm not Archer. My mental abilities are crap. And I'm not her beloved. So I guess I just have to do what little I can and hope it's enough.
