Wrath of the dragon

The thing about dragons is that they are naturally Sue resistant because they are so ridiculsy powerful in the first place that there is little that a Sue can do to make them even more powerful. Dragons are what Mary Sues want to be. Becoming a Mary Sue, to a dragon, would be a step down in power. After all they have looks, power, magic, money and charm. This being said, there was a moment of shock when Verra found herself written out of her life. The shock, however, turned to pure rage when she realized what happened and that some bite of a Sue was making moves on HER husband. This was rather silly of the Sue, but since when were Sues known for being intelligent?

That was completely unacceptable.

The way Verra went about solving it was how she solved most of her problems. She found the source of the problem and ate it.

In this case it happened to be one Sue by the name of Pequad.

The confrontation went something like this:

A knock on the door. Pequad answers it. She saw a petite woman who didn't look threatening at all.

"Are you Peqaud?"

"Yes? Who are you?"

"Verra. You stole my husband. Die."

"Wh-" Was all that Pequad got out before Verra changed shapes a very quickly bit her in half.

Chomp. Chew. Swallow. Burp.

That done, Verra went to go see about the rest of the Sues and possessions happening in the PPC Headquarters.

There are few things that can stop a dragon on a rampage. Unfortunately the Sue'd PPC HQ didn't have them. This was a good thing for Canon.

This would actually be a good way to have the Suefics and badficfest end. Poor Suicide's gone through so much that he'd not only endorse a rampaging dragon, he'd feed her lighter fluid, climb on her back, and join in the happy destruction.

Loved the confrontation: Chomp. Chew. Swallow. Burp. Very appropriate.

Quick thought: did you name Pequad after the ship in Moby Dick?

Suicide is welcome to do that, except for the lighter fluid bit. And as long as he understands that she's married. *grins*

I rather like the confrotation too. It never cesase to amaze me how come there are always these long drawn out conflicts with dragons. Any SMART dragon, such as Verra, would simply eliminate the problem with a stratigic bite. And after that there's not much left to do.

I honestly can say no, the ship from Moby Dick was not in mind when I came up with the name. This isn't to say that I didn't get it from there, being an English Major and what not. I just wanted an unusual name, like most agents had.
