The time we went on a Sue hunt.

That was a good time. We should do that again.

"Well, there was that one day when you somehow got yourself stuck in a tree, and I happened to walk by, and you were sitting up there clinging to the trunk and looking rediculous. I had to get Dorfl to get you down."

I'll have you know I could have come down if I wanted to.

"Not the way you were crying."

... I was not crying.

"You were." He grins.

*huffily* Well if I was, it was for a good reason.

"I'm sure it was." His grin widens.

... So tell me, since my memory seems to be faulting, why was I crying?

"How the bugger would I know? Afraid of heights? Something gone wrong in your life? I didn't ask."

No. You just had a golem pluck me out of a tree like a scared kitten. And then told me off for making a scene.

"Yep."

I still have that edition of the Times, you know. "Watch Commander Tells off Lost Elf."

He chuckles. "That damn de Worde always finds a story, doesn't he?"

*is momentarily bashed on the head and dragged into a corner somewhere as his mun takes over* ((I just had a brilliant idea. We should form a Disc World Nexus Community. Mind you brilliance must be tempered with the fact that I haven't slept in over twenty four hours. ))

((Hee. Another friend of mine already told me I should do that. I've been thinking on it for a bit. Haven't come up with anything spectacular yet, though.))

((There's enough disc'ites on the Nexus. Just create a community and have them remember that while there's no murder, suicide happens alot in Ank-Morpark.))
