I hate the Fey.

So I get a summons from the Queen. She wants me to do a little something for her. Just a tinsy thing, shouldn't take much trouble. Shouldn't hurt. Much.

Well I was thinking anything's better than one of her orgies, right?

Apparently a dragon, posing as a vizar in a some city... I don't remember what, had insulted her. Or something. I don't know.

So I had to rout out the dragon, not kill it mind you, but humiliate it. Humiliating a dragon's a lot harder than killing it. They don't take kindly to being humiliated, very proud creatures, dragons are. Just like the Fey. I didn't say that.

It's funny, according to the history books, they used to be allies. Against a common threat. Don't remember what the threat was... I think I skipped out that day. It was during that threat that my sword was created. That's why an elven weapon has the name "Dragon Sword".

And Corry has started calling me his little butterfly.

I know. that has nothing to do with the previous statements, but I don't care.

Somehow, that boggles the mind. Unless he's referring to the infamous butterfly who's connected to chaos theory and who starts a hurricane on the other side of the world by flapping its wings. That might work. But still...a butterfly?

Well Teena was. And he got the nickname from her.

Actually she calls me Baka Cho, or just Cho. Which means idiot butterfly, or just butterfly.

Personally, I don't mind too much. See every male in my family is named after an animal. 'Cept me cause my dad thought I was a Skip. (Actually I'm Alexander Raven, my dad's name is Raven Alexander). So it's kinda nice having an animal name.
