Fun with logic
I've been thinking.
Yes, yes, I know, flee in terror and what not.
Now that that's done.
The word Pelmara in my time has a different conotation than it does in Lorac's time. It caused some confusion when I was back in Lorac's time, I'll admit, but a thousand years is a long time and language does shift.
In Lorac's time, which I suppose is closer to the original meaning, it means the whole soulmate that's not really a soulmate sort of thingy. What Lorac and I are.
In my time however, it means someone that's a bit more than a boyfriend or girlfriend but not a spouse, but only on a sort of technical level. Kinda like a lover... but not.
So, then Kai is as much my Pelmara as Lorac is.
